Taking on new challenges and passing with flying colours

Note from the MD

Having just completed our FInancial Year End at the end of March, we have had our budget approved by our board of directors, for the next year. Although we’re still to be audited, last year was a great year for the RBX group, but the tough budget reminds us of how much still needs to be done.

Building HR Capacity

As from 01 March 2019, the payroll function at River Bioscience was brought in-house for the first time. This complex process took months of planning, training and testing from all involved. The smooth transition and timely completion of this process speaks to our staff’s commitment to taking on new challenges and passing with flying colours.

Having the payroll function in-house means that we can catch errors quickly, customise the system to suit our needs, ensure data security and integrate metrics with our other business systems. The in-house payroll system is yet another building block in aligning with the overall and, more specifically, the human resources vision and strategy for the River Bioscience and X-SIT Group.
